Complete PA Systems

All SoundRanger systems are complete and ready to use. Just switch on and talk.

They are grouped under battery-powered PA systems and mains-powered PA systems, with a column showing a recommended audience size. This is conservatively stated; if you have an attentive audience listening in a quiet environment, you can probably reach double the number shown.

You should also consider the following questions:

Do you want one or two radio-microphones?
If you need two people speaking at the same time, for instance a questions and answers session at a public meeting, it makes sense to have a second microphone to pass around the audience. SoundRanger PA systems are available with a wide range of different microphone options - please contact us for further details.

Do you want a single amplifier or a pair of amplifiers?
A pair of amplifiers gives better sound distribution, and is more powerful. However, for ease of set-up and transport, you may prefer a single amplifier.

Do you need stands with the system?
It is important to have the amplifiers at or above the head height of the audience. Systems with the suffix 'S' include tripod stands for the amplifiers and boom microphone stands for the radio-mics. Wall mounting brackets are available for fixed installations.

Do you require ultimate portability?
Our range of battery-powered PA systems have no mains cables, so you can use the system anywhere you like, inside or outside a building. You must, however, always remember to charge the system up after use.

Our mains-powered PA systems are more powerful, and can be used non-stop without needing to be charged up, but you need access to a mains socket for the power.
